Wesley Queen


Wesley Queen is a native of Mingo County, West Virginia, and an honor graduate of Gilbert High School. Wesley attended college at West Virginia University, where he graduated summa cum laude in 2001 with bachelor of arts degrees in political science and history. In 2004, Wesley graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law. While in law school, Wesley was an active member in the Marlyn E. Lugar Trial Association and served as a teacher’s assistant for the legal research and writing department. Wesley has a diverse legal background which includes working as general counsel for various commercial entities, working in plaintiff’s firms, working as an employee and labor relations coordinator within the human relations department of a coal company, working within firms specializing in commercial litigation, and serving as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable John W. Hatcher, Jr., in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of West Virginia. Wesley initially joined Daniels Law Firm, PLLC in October 2015. He currently resides in Oak Hill, West Virginia, with his wife Ashley and his two daughters, Ava and Adalyn.
