Thomas Spears focuses his practice in the areas of business and tax planning, civil litigation, and estate planning. Prior to joining Daniels Law Firm, Thomas was the Chief Financial Officer of a commercial real estate firm in Lexington, Kentucky where he gained extensive business and tax planning experience. In addition, Thomas graduated from New York University School of Law’s Master of Laws in Taxation program in 2019. While attending New York University School of Law, Thomas studied recent changes in federal tax law and how those changes affect individuals and businesses.
