Sayde Spears


Sayde joined Daniels Law Firm in 2017 as an attorney working in the area of general practice, she also serves as the firm’s law office manager and accounting supervisor.

Sayde earned her Juris Doctorate from Charleston School of Law, where she served as a member and managing editor of Resolved: Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution. During her time in law school, she volunteered as a preparer with VITA, a program that offers free basic tax return preparation to qualified individuals.

She is a graduate from Georgetown College, where she earned a Bachelor in Science in Accounting and was a four-year scholar in the Equine Scholars Program. As a student she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and President of Phi Beta Lambda, an academic club that focused on developing business-related career competencies. While in Kentucky she held accounting internships on a world-renowned Thoroughbred breeding farm and also at the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games, the premiere international championships for equestrianism.

Sayde resides in Charleston with her husband and two sons. She stays involved in her community through her active membership with the Charleston Junior League, the National Society of The Colonial Dames of America and as a commission member of the Metro Valley Chapter of the Gabriel Project.
